I suggested we cut away the front of the cup, to keep clean and manage, add base flavouring, shoot a scoop at a time, adding sauce, toppings. Replace/recreate front of cup and style. The food stylist was a super hero - working with ice-cream on the go is the most unforgiving of them all.
