A wealth of 25+ years strong experience in the Creative Advertising Industry. Working for and with global agencies, photographers, CD’s, AD’s, CP’s, designers, creative producers and shoot production teams.

15+ years having thrived as creative studio manager - experience in managing and mentoring team players to fruition. Savvy, front footed - forward thinking in pre-post production workflows from photoshoot processes/image capture, colour management, watch-outs, learnings to be best aligned and tech/spec for digital and print.

Leaning into the craft, the details is where I gravitate ensuring visual/design intent is met. That said, every day is a school day in learning something new.

Ability to analyse briefs and lead large/medium/small projects. Being involved up stream is vital along with effective communication! It has to be high to ensure deliverables are met, at pace, with calmness. I play with the pack or as a lone wolf.
